With 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years at Turner, Roberta has built a strong career leading commercial teams at companies such as Disney, Iguatemi, and JCDecaux. Her background positions her as a strategic leader focused on brand building, performance, and team development, always with a client-centric approach. In recent years, she has expanded her role within the digital and adtech ecosystem, deepening her expertise in data, technology, and new monetization models. Her leadership is defined by innovation and creative solutions, combined with a strong commitment to ethics, social responsibility, and positive impact—especially when engaging with U18 audiences and their families. Roberta believes that human-centered leadership, which values people and upholds core values, is essential for sustainable success.
